Included in the purchase of the monitoring service, customers will get the alarm.com app, where you can control your alarm system right from your phone. The app has all the functionality of the keypad like arming and disarming, controlling the lights, or even opening/closing the garage door. For a small additional monthly fee, you can add a video doorbell to the system.
For our alarm services, we partner with Emergency24, a reliable 24-hour monitoring company. In the event of an alarm activation, Emergency24 is notified and calls the resident within seconds to assess whether police assistance is required, ensuring round-the-clock safety for our customers.
Driveway alert
G&J can set up a driveway alert system for customers by installing a probe at the driveway entrance (up to 1000 feet away from the house). This detection only senses metal, therefore other objects like deer will not activate the alert, just cars!

Customers can have this as a standalone product, meaning they don't have to purchase the alarm system package. With this option, a chime will sound within the home whenever a vehicle is detected in the driveway, providing immediate notification to the customer.

For those who choose to invest in the full alarm system package, in addition to the chime alert, customers will also receive a push notification on their mobile device through the alarm.com app, alerting them that a vehicle is entering the driveway.
